Our 2-hour 15-minute Signature "Sunset" tour puts you in control of an all-terrain self-balancing hoverboard while you take in the natural highlights of Waikiki during the most magical time of day! This scenic route to Diamond Head Lighthouse adds the ambiance of the sunset's golden hour to truely experience Waikiki at it's finest. While you explore with your small group guided tour, you'll learn about the history, and culture of Hawaii through your wireless audio headset. You'll see close up photos, and enjoy complementarily souvenir digital photos of yourself with beautiful backdrops taken by your guide.
Hover away from the crowds and up the scenic oceanfront cliffs of Diamond Head with wonderful views of neighbor islands, surfers, and sometimes whales in the winter months. Discover the Gold Coast’s multi-million dollar mansions, penthouses, and charming historic cottages. Stop at and learn about former Hawaiian sacrificial temple locations and how King Kamehameha united Hawaii. Explore the bandstand and beautifully landscaped Kapiolani park, originally a horse racetrack created by King Kalakaua in the 1800’s. Listen to beautiful examples of "native" music like ukulele and slack key guitar while you explore. Stop for a profile pic worthy photo at Diamond Heads most photogenic location and learn about the Hawaiian Goddess who created it! Ride through off the path residential neighborhoods to a nearly hidden quiet beach. Relax in the shade by the water at secluded Leahi Beach Park. Take in the sunset along the water and hover along the oceanfront Queens Beach Promenade. See the Neoclassical War Memorial and Natatorium, ride through massive century-old banyan trees and more!

What to bring?
Comfortable shoes. Flip flops ok, but since you'll stand a lot, sneakers are better.
Sunglasses and sunscreen.
Small water, if wanted (max size able to fit unit pouch is a 16.9oz/500ml bottle).
Parent/ guardian to sign waiver if under 18 years old. (Must be at least 16).
Small items (wallet, phone, camera, etc) that can fit in a small pouch on front of unit (not big enough for purse). No lockers at start so you'll need to carry anything you bring that won't fit in pouch. Pack light.
Must be at least 16 years old per Honolulu city law.
Cannot be pregnant.
Weigh between 100 lbs and 250 lbs.
All participants must sign a liability release waiver. If a minor, guardian must sign.
Must wear a provided helmet at all times.
Full refund with 72 hours notice. Also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rest assured that tours usually run rain or shine. Light tropical showers are common on the island, and we will not cancel because of them. Only in extreme weather do we cancel our tours.
Directions, Arrival, & Departure
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to tour time to sign waiver and get fitted for helmet. Sunset tour starts near the front of the Honolulu Zoo in Waikiki. The zoo is conveniently located in Kapiolani Park, just across the street from the beach on the southern (Diamond Head) side of Waikiki. 151 Kapahulu Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96815.
